Healthy provides AI-powered food scanning, nutrition information, ingredient analysis, and health-related feedback. The Service is intended for general informational and educational purposes only.

Important: Healthy does not provide medical, dietary, or professional health advice. Nutrition estimates and health indicators are approximations generated by AI and may be inaccurate. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider or registered dietitian before making health or dietary decisions, especially if you have allergies, medical conditions, or specific nutritional requirements.

4. User responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes
  • Provide accurate information when contacting support
  • Not misuse, reverse engineer, or attempt to disrupt the Service
  • Not use the Service to harm others or upload unlawful content

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HEALTHY AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING RELIANCE ON NUTRITION OR HEALTH INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE APP.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Healthy and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
